This license applies to the registered version of Lazesoft products ("Software").
If you are using an evaluation version of Lazesoft products ("Software"), see the section titled "Evaluation License" below.

-Registered Version

One registered copy of Lazesoft products ("Software") may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one computer, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
Home Licenses - for non-commercial purposes.
Business Licenses - for commercial use. With a Business License the company can use the program in a business, academic, or government environment.
Unlimited License - Unlimited License - Business license that provides unlimited worldwide licensing for corporation. Technician License - For Data, System, Password Recovery Service Providers / Repair and Maintenance Companies. Provide technical services to your clients.

*** EVALUATION LICENSE ***
The following license applies to the evaluation version of Lazesoft products ("Software").

If you have purchased a license for the registered version of Lazesoft products ("Software"), see the section "License Agreement" above.

-Evaluation and Registration

This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for few lesser function had been disabled. If you want to use full functions of this software a registration fee is required.

When payment is received you will be sent a registration code that will unlock all the product features.

-Distribution of Evaluation Version

Provided that you verify that you are distributing the evaluation version you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone; and distribute the evaluation version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means.

There is no charge for any of the above.

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.
