Wipe Disk
Warning: Usage of hard disk wiping software is an important and smart choice to protect any confidential or sensitive information that are stored from hard disk. It ensures security of information and guarantees that any confidential information will not be disclosed. It can clear the information that is stored in the hard disk; the hard drive is wiped and cleared. Thus, hard disk wiping software is quite important and smart option.
Usage of Lazesoft Disk Image & Clone erases the hard drive, which means all the data from the hard disk will be wiped and cleared. This process removes all the data in the hard disk and from the partition you have selected. As the wiping process begins, all data in the hard disk will be deleted and may not be recovered. It is important to take note that all important data in the hard disk must be backed up before the process begins.
Steps:
1. From the main interface, select <Wipe disk>, erase the hard drive's interface pops up.
2. Select the hard disks or partitions you want to remove and select Erase way. When erasing drives are selected and erasing method is chosen, click <wipe> to start the erasing process.
3. Erase/remove start dialog box will reflect the current erasing/removing progress. It includes the percentage of how much has been erased and the time remaining.
Once the erasing/removing process is completed a dialog box of final report will appear. The report includes drivers removed, hard disk size, erase mode. You can click <save report to file> to save and make a file report.
